LEGAL TERMS, WEBSITE TERMS & PRIVACY POLICY

Country Club Frenchies LLC (“Country Club Frenchies,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates CountryClubFrenchies.com (the “Site”). These terms govern use of the Site and general interactions with Country Club Frenchies.
Please read these terms carefully before using the Site, submitting an application or inquiry, joining a priority list, requesting information regarding a puppy, or entering into a transaction with Country Club Frenchies.
By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Nothing contained on this Site is intended to waive or limit any right or obligation that cannot lawfully be waived or limited under applicable law.
1. WEBSITE TERMS VS. PUPPY PURCHASE AGREEMENT
These Terms primarily govern use of our website and general interactions with Country Club Frenchies.
The reservation, purchase, placement, health guarantee, ownership, transportation, registration, breeding restrictions, remedies, and other terms relating to a particular puppy may be governed by a separate written Puppy Purchase Agreement, Reservation Agreement, Health Guarantee, or other written agreement.
If these website Terms conflict with a signed agreement governing a particular puppy, the signed puppy-specific agreement controls with respect to that transaction.
Statements appearing on the Site do not modify, enlarge, or replace the terms of a subsequently signed Puppy Purchase Agreement unless Country Club Frenchies expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
2. ABOUT COUNTRY CLUB FRENCHIES
Country Club Frenchies is a Georgia-based French Bulldog breeding program.
We strive to provide accurate information about our dogs, puppies, breeding program, policies, and anticipated litters.
Because we work with living animals, circumstances can change. Puppy availability, developmental progress, anticipated go-home dates, veterinary recommendations, breeding plans, litter expectations, pricing, and other information may change.
Country Club Frenchies reserves the right to determine whether a particular placement is appropriate for a puppy, subject to applicable law and any existing contractual obligations.
3. WEBSITE LISTINGS DO NOT CREATE A RESERVATION
Displaying a puppy as “available,” “available soon,” “accepting inquiries,” or similar wording does not constitute an offer that can automatically be accepted merely by submitting an inquiry or payment.
Puppy availability can change quickly.
An inquiry, application, FaceTime call, verbal conversation, text-message exchange, or request for information does not by itself reserve a puppy.
A puppy is considered reserved only when Country Club Frenchies has approved the placement and the applicable reservation requirements have been satisfied.
Country Club Frenchies may correct listing mistakes, typographical errors, pricing errors, or availability errors discovered before a binding agreement has been formed, subject to applicable law.
4. PUPPIES ARE LIVING ANIMALS
Prospective buyers acknowledge that puppies are living, developing animals rather than manufactured products.
No breeder can predict every aspect of a puppy's future health, development, temperament, appearance, size, behavior, or response to a new environment.
Puppies may experience illnesses, injuries, parasites, developmental changes, behavioral changes, allergies, congenital or hereditary conditions, or other medical issues during their lives.
Country Club Frenchies provides only those health warranties and remedies expressly stated in the applicable signed Puppy Purchase Agreement and Health Guarantee.
Nothing appearing on the Site should be interpreted as an unlimited or lifetime health guarantee.
5. PHOTOGRAPHS, VIDEOS AND APPEARANCE
We make reasonable efforts to present puppies accurately.
However, photographs and videos represent a puppy at a particular moment in development. Lighting, camera settings, editing, background, viewing device, and screen settings can affect how colors and features appear.
A puppy's coat shade, markings, pigmentation, eye color, head, ears, muzzle, body proportions, structure, coat characteristics, and other physical traits may change as the puppy matures.
Unless specifically guaranteed in a signed written agreement, photographs, videos, descriptions, FaceTime conversations, social-media posts, or other communications regarding appearance are not guarantees of the puppy's eventual adult appearance.
6. COLOR AND GENETIC INFORMATION
Any description of a puppy's color, pattern, coat, carrier status, or genetic characteristics is based upon available genetic testing, parentage information, physical appearance, breeder experience, or a combination of those factors.
Genetic testing has limitations and may be performed by independent laboratories.
Unless expressly warranted in a signed agreement, Country Club Frenchies does not guarantee how a puppy's color, shade, coat, markings, pigmentation, or other appearance-related characteristics will develop with maturity.
7. ADULT SIZE AND WEIGHT ARE NOT GUARANTEED
Any statement regarding anticipated adult weight, size, height, build, or growth is a good-faith estimate only.
Country Club Frenchies cannot guarantee the final adult weight or size of a puppy.
Estimates may be based upon the puppy's current development, parents, pedigree, previous offspring, littermates, breed experience, or other available information.
Final size and weight may be affected by genetics, nutrition, health, environment, activity, spay/neuter status, and other developmental factors outside our control.
Terms such as “small,” “compact,” “tiny,” “short,” or similar descriptive language describe our observation or expectation and do not constitute a guaranteed adult measurement.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a signed agreement, a difference between an estimated and actual adult size or weight is not by itself grounds for cancellation, refund, replacement, or other remedy.
8. TEMPERAMENT AND BEHAVIOR
We may describe a puppy's temperament based upon observations while the puppy is in our care.
Temperament continues developing after placement and may be influenced by genetics, training, socialization, household environment, other animals, children, handling, experiences, health, and many other factors.
Accordingly, descriptions such as “sweet,” “calm,” “friendly,” “playful,” or similar terms reflect observations rather than guarantees of future behavior.
Country Club Frenchies does not guarantee that a puppy will be suitable for a particular household circumstance, service function, competition, breeding purpose, or lifestyle unless expressly agreed in writing.
9. HEALTH INFORMATION AND VETERINARY EXAMINATION
Country Club Frenchies takes reasonable steps to provide appropriate veterinary care before release.
The specific veterinary examination, vaccinations, deworming, health documentation, microchip information, and other items accompanying an individual puppy are governed by that puppy's records and applicable Purchase Agreement.
A veterinary examination represents the veterinarian's findings at the time of examination. It cannot guarantee that a puppy will never develop a medical condition later.
The buyer is responsible for obtaining the post-purchase veterinary examination required by the applicable Puppy Purchase Agreement.
Failure to satisfy contractual veterinary-examination or notification requirements may affect remedies available under that agreement to the extent permitted by law.
10. WEBSITE HEALTH INFORMATION IS NOT VETERINARY ADVICE
Information appearing on our Site or social-media accounts concerning French Bulldog care, feeding, vaccinations, deworming, parasites, development, health, breathing, nutrition, or similar subjects is provided for general informational purposes.
It is not veterinary diagnosis or treatment advice.
Always consult a licensed veterinarian regarding an individual animal.
Nothing communicated through the Site creates an additional health warranty beyond the written warranty expressly provided with the puppy.
11. TRANSITION TO A NEW HOME
Moving to a new home can be stressful for a puppy.
Changes involving transportation, environment, water, diet, feeding schedule, sleep, activity, household animals, and routine may temporarily affect appetite, stool, behavior, energy level, or general condition.
Parasites and gastrointestinal organisms may also occur in puppies despite routine preventative care and negative testing.
Buyers should follow the transition instructions provided with their puppy and promptly seek veterinary care for concerning symptoms.
This section does not eliminate or reduce any express protection contained in the applicable signed Health Guarantee.
12. GO-HOME DATES AND MEDICAL READINESS
Any anticipated go-home date published on the Site or communicated before release is an estimate subject to the puppy's health and readiness.
The health and welfare of the puppy take priority over travel arrangements, schedules, convenience, or an anticipated release date.
Country Club Frenchies may reasonably postpone release when a veterinarian recommends additional observation or treatment or when we reasonably determine that additional time is necessary for the puppy's health or development.
A medically necessary or welfare-related delay does not automatically constitute a breach of agreement or entitle the buyer to reimbursement of incidental travel or scheduling expenses, subject to the signed agreement and applicable law.
13. RESERVATIONS, DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS
The terms governing deposits, reservation fees, priority-list payments, purchase prices, remaining balances, refundability, deadlines, cancellations, and default are determined by the applicable written agreement or terms disclosed for that particular transaction.
Prospective buyers should review those terms before making payment.
Unless Country Club Frenchies expressly agrees otherwise in writing, payment does not modify the terms of an existing signed agreement.
Any chargeback or payment dispute does not itself determine the parties' contractual rights or obligations.
14. PRIORITY LIST / WAITLIST
Participation in a Country Club Frenchies priority list or waitlist does not guarantee a particular puppy, color, gender, litter, breeding, birth date, go-home date, or selection position except as expressly stated in the applicable priority-list terms.
Breeding plans may change, pregnancies may not occur, litter sizes cannot be guaranteed, and individual puppies may be retained by Country Club Frenchies or otherwise become unavailable.
The specific terms provided when joining the priority list control.
15. TRANSPORTATION AND DELIVERY
Country Club Frenchies may assist buyers with transportation, including flight nanny, personal delivery, ground transportation, airport meetings, or other arrangements.
Some transportation services may be performed by independent third parties.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, independent transportation providers are responsible for their own services, acts, omissions, scheduling, and transportation operations.
Weather, airline restrictions, road conditions, mechanical problems, veterinary recommendations, government restrictions, and other circumstances may cause delays.
The applicable signed Puppy Purchase Agreement determines the precise point at which possession, ownership, and risk of loss transfer to the buyer.
Website language does not modify that allocation of risk.
16. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Country Club Frenchies may provide information about or assist with veterinarians, transportation providers, payment processors, financing companies, registration organizations, microchip companies, laboratories, trainers, insurance providers, or other third parties.
These providers are independent unless expressly stated otherwise.
Country Club Frenchies does not control independent providers and does not guarantee their acts, omissions, availability, performance, policies, or services.
Any dispute regarding an independent third party's services should generally be addressed with that provider.
17. AKC REGISTRATION AND PET-ONLY PLACEMENT
Where applicable, registration paperwork and registration status will be described in the applicable Puppy Purchase Agreement.
A puppy sold with limited AKC registration or designated as a pet-only placement may not be used for breeding when the signed agreement prohibits breeding.
Website descriptions of pedigree, registration, lineage, or parentage do not expand breeding rights granted in the signed agreement.
18. BUYER RESPONSIBILITY AFTER RELEASE
After responsibility for the puppy transfers under the applicable Purchase Agreement, the buyer is responsible for providing appropriate veterinary care, nutrition, housing, supervision, training, preventative care, and general welfare.
Dog ownership carries both expected and unexpected expenses throughout the animal's life, including veterinary costs.
Except for remedies expressly provided by a written health guarantee or as otherwise required by law, Country Club Frenchies does not assume responsibility for ordinary or unrelated veterinary expenses incurred after transfer.
19. COMMUNICATIONS AND RECORDS
Country Club Frenchies may maintain records of communications relating to inquiries, applications, reservations, payments, puppy selection, veterinary matters, transportation, customer service, and disputes.
Electronic communications, including email and text messages, may constitute business records.
Customers are encouraged to communicate material concerns in writing so that an accurate record can be maintained.
Nothing in this section authorizes recording of telephone or video conversations in violation of applicable law.
20. RESPECTFUL COMMUNICATION
We strive to treat prospective and existing puppy families respectfully and expect respectful communication in return.
Threats, harassment, abusive communications, impersonation, fraud, or unlawful conduct will not be tolerated.
Country Club Frenchies may discontinue non-contractual communications or decline future business where appropriate, while continuing to honor any enforceable existing contractual obligations.
21. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise identified, the Country Club Frenchies name, original website copy, puppy photographs, dog photographs, videos, graphics, logos, breeding-program materials, and other original content appearing on the Site are owned by or licensed to Country Club Frenchies.
You may not reproduce, copy, republish, sell, commercially exploit, remove branding from, or use our original photographs or content to advertise another dog, puppy, breeder, breeding program, or business without prior authorization.
Ordinary sharing through social-media sharing features is permitted where the original attribution remains intact.
22. WEBSITE ACCURACY AND CORRECTIONS
We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate information.
Nevertheless, typographical mistakes, outdated information, pricing errors, technical errors, or other inadvertent inaccuracies may occur.
Country Club Frenchies reserves the right to correct such errors and update the Site.
If a website description conflicts with veterinary records, registration records, genetic-testing documentation, or a signed Puppy Purchase Agreement, the appropriate authoritative record or signed agreement controls depending upon the subject matter.
23. NO RELIANCE ON SOCIAL MEDIA
Country Club Frenchies may publish photographs, videos, educational information, litter updates, puppy descriptions, testimonials, and general information on social-media platforms.
Social-media content is promotional and informational in nature.
A social-media post does not amend a signed contract, create an additional warranty, or alter the terms of a puppy's Purchase Agreement unless Country Club Frenchies expressly agrees to the modification in writing.
24. TESTIMONIALS AND CUSTOMER EXPERIENCES
Testimonials, reviews, photographs, or stories from previous families describe individual experiences.
They do not guarantee that another buyer or puppy will have identical results.
Every puppy and household is different.
25. FORCE MAJEURE / EVENTS OUTSIDE REASONABLE CONTROL
Country Club Frenchies will not be considered in breach of these website Terms for reasonable delays or inability to perform caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, transportation interruptions, airline restrictions, veterinary emergencies, disease outbreaks, quarantine, governmental actions, power or technology failures, or comparable extraordinary events.
26. LIMITATION OF WEBSITE LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Country Club Frenchies will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising solely from use of or inability to use the Site.
Claims concerning the actual purchase, health guarantee, placement, transportation, or ownership of an individual puppy are governed primarily by the applicable signed Puppy Purchase Agreement rather than this website-liability provision.
27. GOVERNING LAW
These Website Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute concerning the purchase, reservation, health guarantee, ownership, transportation, or placement of a particular puppy will be governed by the applicable signed Puppy Purchase Agreement and applicable law.
28. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed as appropriate, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
29. NO WAIVER
Failure by Country Club Frenchies to enforce a provision on one occasion does not constitute a waiver of that provision or prevent its enforcement later.
30. CHANGES TO WEBSITE TERMS
Country Club Frenchies may update these Website Terms periodically.
The current version and effective date will be published on this page.
Changes do not retroactively alter an existing signed Puppy Purchase Agreement unless the parties agree in writing or applicable law provides otherwise.

This Privacy Policy describes information we may collect when you visit our Site, submit an inquiry or application, join our priority list, request information about a puppy, make a reservation, or otherwise communicate with us.

We may collect information voluntarily provided by you, including:

• Information submitted through applications and inquiry forms

When you submit an inquiry, puppy application, reservation request, priority-list request, or other communication to Country Club Frenchies, you understand that your inquiry may be reviewed, handled, and responded to by Country Club Frenchies or by an authorized assistant, representative, co-owner, or business partner as reasonably necessary to respond to your request.
If Country Club Frenchies is unavailable or unable to respond promptly, an authorized business partner, co-owner, assistant, or representative may contact you on our behalf to answer questions, provide information, or otherwise assist you with the inquiry you submitted.
For puppies or dogs that are co-owned, jointly managed, housed with, or offered in cooperation with another breeder or business partner, Country Club Frenchies may share the contact information and inquiry details you voluntarily provide with the applicable co-owner or business partner so that they may communicate with you directly regarding the specific puppy or dog about which you inquired.
By submitting an inquiry and providing your telephone number or email address, you acknowledge that you may receive communications regarding the specific inquiry you initiated by telephone, text message, or email from Country Club Frenchies or an authorized assistant, representative, co-owner, or business partner assisting with that inquiry.
Country Club Frenchies does not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties for their independent marketing purposes.
Any sharing of information with assistants, representatives, co-owners, or business partners will be limited to information reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, answer your questions, provide information about the puppy or dog you asked about, coordinate a puppy placement or reservation, arrange pickup, transportation, or delivery, or otherwise provide services you requested.
34. WEBSITE ANALYTICS
Country Club Frenchies may use Squarespace and other analytics or advertising technologies to understand Site activity and improve our website and marketing.
Analytics may show information such as pages visited, visit times, approximate location, referral source, browser/device information, and IP-related information.
Such information should not necessarily be interpreted as identifying the actual individual using a particular device or network.
35. COOKIES
The Site may use cookies, pixels, analytics technologies, and similar tools for functionality, security, performance measurement, advertising, and understanding visitor activity.
Browser settings may allow visitors to restrict certain cookies, although doing so may affect website functionality.

Country Club Frenchies does not control the privacy practices of independent payment services.

38. DATA RETENTION
Country Club Frenchies may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for legitimate business purposes.
This may include records associated with inquiries, applications, reservations, payments, contracts, puppy placement, veterinary documentation, registration, transportation, customer communications, accounting, licensing, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal claims.
A request for deletion does not require Country Club Frenchies to destroy records that we are legally permitted or required to retain.
39. SECURITY
We use reasonable measures intended to protect information in our possession.
However, no website, email system, electronic transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
40. CHILDREN
This Site is intended for adults.
Country Club Frenchies does not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13.
A puppy reservation or purchase must be completed by an adult legally capable of entering into the applicable agreement.
41. YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES
You may contact us to request correction of information you previously provided, discontinue non-essential promotional communications, ask questions about our privacy practices, or request deletion of certain information.
Deletion requests remain subject to records we reasonably need or are permitted to maintain for contractual, licensing, regulatory, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or legal purposes.
42. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites.
Country Club Frenchies does not control the privacy, security, content, or practices of independent third-party websites.
Visitors should review the applicable third party's policies before providing personal information.

We may update this Privacy Policy as our practices, technology, or legal obligations change.
The current version will be posted on this Site with its effective date.
