Reserve Your Place on Our Puppy Waiting List

This information explains our puppy reservation process, what you can expect along the way, and answers some of the most common questions we receive. Please take a few moments to read through everything carefully so the process is as simple and seamless as possible.

If you’re ready to welcome a Country Club Frenchies puppy into your family but haven’t found the perfect puppy just yet, our Pre-Reservation Waiting List gives you the opportunity to secure priority for one of our upcoming litters.

A $300 pre-reservation deposit secures your place on our waiting list and gives you priority access to available puppies before they are offered to the general public.

Once new puppies become available, families on our waiting list are contacted in the order their deposits were received and given the opportunity to select and reserve their puppy.

How Can You Reserve a Puppy From an Upcoming Litter?

Joining our Pre-Reservation Waiting List is simple. A $300 deposit is required to secure your place and establish your selection priority.

• Once puppies reach approximately 3 weeks of age, families on our waiting list will be contacted in the order their deposits were received to begin puppy selections.

• Once you select your puppy, an additional $700 reservation deposit is required to officially secure that puppy for you.

• All deposits and payments are applied toward the final purchase price of your puppy.

• The remaining balance is due according to the terms of your Puppy Purchase Agreement.

• Once your initial $300 deposit is received, you will be asked to review and sign our Deposit Agreement confirming your place on the waiting list and the terms of your reservation.

Puppy selections are made in the order deposits are received. Families who joined our Pre-Reservation Waiting List earliest will have priority when it is time to select their puppy.

When To Reserve

Puppy selections typically begin when the puppies are approximately 3 weeks old. We will contact each family by phone, text message, and/or email when it is their turn to choose.

• Once contacted, you will have up to 48 hours to make your selection. If we are unable to reach you or you do not respond within the allotted time, you may lose your selection priority and your deposit may be forfeited according to the terms of your Deposit Agreement.

• Once you select a puppy, an additional $700 deposit is required, bringing your total reservation deposit to $1,000. Your selected puppy will then be officially marked as reserved.

• For puppies that are currently available and not being selected through our waiting list, a one-time $1,000 reservation deposit is required. You may select from any puppies that are currently available and have not already been reserved.

• If we are unable to offer you a puppy that meets the preferences agreed upon for your reservation, your deposit may be transferred to a future litter or refunded, subject to the terms of your Deposit Agreement.

• If a suitable puppy is available and you decide not to select from that litter, you may choose to transfer your reservation to a future litter. Otherwise, your deposit may be forfeited.

• All deposits paid toward your reservation are credited toward the final purchase price of your puppy.

When To Reserve

You can join our Pre-Reservation Waiting List at any time. You do not have to wait for a specific litter to be born or a breeding to take place.

Simply let us know what you are looking for, including your preferred gender, color, and any other preferences, and submit the $300 pre-reservation deposit to secure your place on our waiting list.

Your selection priority is determined by the date your deposit is received, so reserving early gives you a higher priority when puppies become available.

Once we have a litter with puppies matching your preferences, we will contact you when it is your turn to select. 

Time Limit to Choose

Puppy selections typically begin when the puppies are approximately 3 weeks old. When it is your turn to select, we will contact you by phone, text message, and/or email and provide current photos and videos of the available puppies.

You will have up to 48 hours from the time we contact you to make your puppy selection. If we are unable to reach you or you do not make a selection within that time, you may forfeit your position on the waiting list and your deposit in accordance with your Deposit Agreement.

Once you have selected your puppy, an additional $700 reservation deposit is required. This payment must be received within 24 hours of your selection to officially secure your puppy. If the additional deposit is not received within that time, the puppy may be offered to the next family on our waiting list.

After your puppy is reserved, we will continue to keep you updated as they grow with photos, videos, text updates, and FaceTime calls. Before going home, every puppy will receive a veterinary wellness examination and health certificate.

Our puppies generally go to their new families at approximately 8–10 weeks of age, depending on the individual puppy’s development, health, and readiness.

Transferable Deposit

We understand that sometimes the right puppy may not be available when it is your turn to select. If we do not have a puppy that meets your preferences, you may choose to transfer your $300 pre-reservation deposit to a future litter and maintain your place on our waiting list.

If a suitable puppy is available when it is your turn to select but you decide not to move forward with that litter, you may skip the litter and transfer your deposit to a future litter rather than making a selection.

Once you have selected a specific puppy and paid the additional $700 reservation deposit, bringing your total deposit to $1,000, the reservation becomes specific to that puppy and is non-refundable.

All transfers, refunds, and reservation deposits are subject to the terms outlined in your signed Deposit Agreement and Puppy Purchase Agreement.

Confidential Deposit List

We respect the privacy of every family who joins our waiting list. For this reason, we do not publicly share personal information, including full names, phone numbers, email addresses, payment information, or other private details.

To provide transparency and help families understand their approximate position in the selection process, we maintain a public waiting list using only the buyer’s first name and last initial, along with their reservation date and general puppy preferences.

We stay in communication with our families throughout the process and will contact you directly when puppies matching your preferences become available and when it is your turn to make a selection

Puppy Pricing

Our puppy pricing varies based on color, structure, quality, and individual characteristics. The prices below are general ranges for puppies sold as family companions with Limited AKC Registration.

• Black & Brindle: $2,999–$4,000

• Cream: $3,500–$4,500

• Black & Tan: $3,500–$4,500

• Fawn: $3,500–$5,000

• Blue & Tan: $3,800–$5,000

• Platinum: $4,000–$5,500

• Solid Blue: $4,000–$5,500

• Solid Chocolate: $4,000–$5,500

• Chocolate & Tan: $3,800–$5,500

• Solid Lilac: $4,000–$5,500

• Lilac & Tan: $4,000–$5,500

• Merle (Any Color): $4,000–$6,500

Please keep in mind that these are estimated price ranges. Final pricing is determined individually for each puppy and may vary depending on color, markings, structure, and overall quality.

The prices listed above are for Limited AKC Registration (pet homes). Full AKC Registration and breeding rights are not included and, when available, are offered at our discretion for an additional fee.

Puppy Pricing & Nationwide Delivery

At Country Club Frenchies, each puppy is individually evaluated and priced based on several factors, including color, markings, structure, quality, and overall desirability. Because every puppy is unique, pricing may vary, and we reserve the right to adjust the price of an available puppy until a reservation deposit has been received.

For families outside of Georgia, we offer nationwide delivery to most major airports throughout the United States for an additional fee. Your puppy will travel accompanied by one of our trusted flight nannies and will remain with them throughout the journey.

The safety and comfort of our puppies always come first. We will coordinate the delivery arrangements directly with you and keep you updated throughout the process so that bringing your new Country Club Frenchies puppy home is as smooth and stress-free as possible.
